PROMO PERIOD

WHO CAN JOIN?

Open to all new and existing GSAT subscribers with an active load.
Subscribers must maintain an active subscription during the raffle qualifying periods.
Subscribers without an active load during the promo period are not eligible.
All employees of GLOBAL SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, INC. (GSAT) and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

To confirm entry, subscribers must first register here.
Load Registration Options:
- Text registration
  - Text: GSAT > box serial number > PIN code and send to 0917 811 4728 / 0998 595 7313.
- Website Load Registration
  - Visit gsat.asia. Go to Web Loading Portal > Web Loading > input box number and pin code. Click Submit.

RAFFLE DRAW SCHEDULE AND QUALIFICATION

The promotion consists of four (4) regular draws and one (1) major draw, supervised by a DTI representative.

1st Draw - December 11, 2025
Qualification Period: September 1, 2025 - November 30, 2025
(3 months active subscription required)
2nd Draw - March 10, 2026
Qualification Period: December 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026
(3 months active subscription required)
3rd Draw - June 5, 2026
Qualification Period: March 1, 2026 - May 31, 2026
(3 months active subscription required)
4th Draw - September 9, 2026
To qualify: Must have a 12-month continuous active subscription, OR must have availed of an advance load equivalent to a 12-month subscription.
Promo period for qualification: September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026 EXTENDED UNTIL NOVEMBER 30, 2026 APPROVED BY DTI-FTEB.
5th Draw - December 10, 2026, Additional Raffle Draw *Approved by DTI-FTEB
Qualification Period: September 1, 2026 - November 30, 2026

WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

Winners will be randomly selected via an electronic raffle draw at First Global Building, Inc., supervised by a DTI representative.
Winners will be notified via:
- Registered email
- Snail mail
- Text messages
- Phone calls
- GSAT Official Facebook Page

CLAIMING OF PRIZES

Winners of P1,000,000 must personally claim at: GSAT Head Office 122 Gamboa Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All taxes on prizes, especially the major prize, shall be shouldered by the winner.
Non-cash prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable.
Non-winning entries in regular draws will not be carried over to succeeding draws, including the major draw.
If the winner fails to claim within the allowed period or is found disqualified, prize shall be forfeited in favor of GSAT with prior approval of DTI.
Winners shall shoulder all expenses incurred in claiming or pick-up of prizes.
GSAT reserves the right to publish names, address, photos, and likeness of winners for publicity without further compensation.

Winners must agree to submit photos/videos for promotional materials.
Winners have 60 days to redeem prizes. After that, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of GSAT with prior approval of DTI.
