PROMO MECHANICS

• This promotion is open to all new and existing GSAT subscribers with an active load starting September 1, 2025.
• Subscribers must maintain an active subscription during the raffle qualifying periods to join the promo.
• Subscribers must first register on the subscriber portal to earn and confirm their entry. To register, please visit here .
• The promotion will consist of three regular draws and one Grand draw.
• Raffle draw schedule, supervised by a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.

• Subscribers must have a 3 months active subscription from September 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025
• B. March 10, 2026
• Subscribers must have a 3 months active subscription from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026
• C. June 05, 2026
• Subscribers must have a 3 months active subscription from March 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026
• D. September 09, 2026 - Grand Draw
• To qualify for the Grand draw, subscribers must have a 12-month continuous active subscription or have availed of an advance load equivalent to 12 months subscription within the promo period from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.
• Subscribers without an active load during the promo period are not eligible for the promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• To confirm the entry, subscribers must first register on the subscriber’s portal by clicking here.
• Unregistered entries are not included in the raffle draw.
• All employees of GLOBAL SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY SEVICES INC. (GSAT) and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
• Subscribers will register their subscription using:
  - Text Message: by texting GSAT > box serial number [SPACE] Pin Code > send to 0917 811 4728 / 0998 595 7313.
  - GSAT Website load registration: www.gsat.asia > Web Loading Portal > Web Loading > input box number and pin codd > Submit.
• Winners will be randomly selected via an electronic raffle draw at First Global Building Inc. under the supervision of a DTI representative.
• Winners will be notified via registered email, snail mail, text messages, phone calls, and announced on GSAT official Facebook page.
• The grand prize winner of P1,000,000 is required to personally claim the prize at the GSAT head office, 122 Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.
• To claim the prizes, winners must submit the following:
• A picture of themselves together with their GSAT IRD BOX or TV showing the box serial number.
• Two (2) valid IDs (with photo, birthdate and signature).
• The SMS and original notification sent by GSAT.
• Bank/e-wallet information (name, account name, and account number).
• All taxes on all the prizes, especially the grand prize, shall be shouldered by the winner.
• Non cash prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable.
• All non-winning entries in the regular draw shall not be carried over to the succeeding draws, including the grand draw.
• If the grand winner for any reason fails or is unable to personally claim his/her prize within the allowed period or upon claiming found unqualified or disqualified under this promo mechanics, the said prize shall be forfeited in favor of GSAT with prior approval of DTI.
• Winners shall shoulder all expenses that may incurred in claiming or during pick-up of prizes.
• GSAT reserves the right to publish and or broadcast the names, address, photos and likeness of the winners for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation to the winners.
• For different account details, winners must submit an authorization document.
• Winners may submit the redemption requirements to GSAT Facebook Page Messenger or to email at marketing@gsat.asia.
• Winners must agree to have their images taken or to submit photos/videos to GSAT upon request for use in promotional materials regarding the promo.
• Winners have 60 days to redeem their prizes. After the redemption period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of GSAT with prior approval of DTI, within 60 days upon receipt of a registered notice.
